Will you take a check from the Insurance Company paying the bill?
Yes, we will. Please
check with the Insurance Company involved to ensure that they will have
the check to you prior to the repair being complete. Also, many Insurance
Companies will also include the lien holder as a Payee. This must be
endorsed by the lien holder before we can accept the check.
What will I need to have
for the Lien Holder?
Different lien holders require different
things. Most, simply want to see proof that the car is scheduled for
repairs and then will endorse off their name. In some cases the lien
holder will ask for photos of the vehicle showing it has been fixed. In
these cases we can help by e-mailing photos for you directly to the lien
Will the Insurance
Company leave the Lien Holder's name off to avoid the hassle?
Yes, most Insurance Companies will leave
off the lien holder and include the shop's name as an alternative.
Obviously this is more convenient for everyone! If your check is already
written in your name and the lien holder's name, most insurance companies
are usually glad to reissue a check in your name and the shop's name.
